Hello to the forum. I wanted to share my experience with KIA. In August last year I bought a KIA Rio year 2009, mileage 26000km. Regular inspections were made. On January 1, 2011 the warranty expired. Since after 3 years the vehicle has to go to HU/AU for the first time, I drove to TÜV in the middle of January. Running performance at that time 37000km. What was shocked when I learned that I had to present the vehicle again. Defects:front Querl With this small mileage!! Let KIA change for 250 euros. Since the guarantee had just expired and this was obviously a material error, I submitted an application for a culant takeover. Vehicle is not an imported vehicle, but was posing and registered for Germany. KIA Germany rejected Kulanz with the statement that the internal KIA culant guidelines were not complied with. A uf further demand, which part was not complied with, came the statement that only from a material value of 300 Euro kulanz is granted.
