CTR: Problem with side skirt and brake

Hello, I have a problem again with my CTR. On the track at 240 I hear a loud snoring from the right rear area and a sound as if permanently pebbles were thrown against the side. At the first moment I thought that the right rear winter tire would almost dissolve. Therefore I am out at the next parking lot and had to find to my amazement that neither the tire nor any pebbles were responsible, but a loose Rubber strips. It was the rubber that is laid between side skirts and bodywork. An approximately 30 cm long piece simply hung loosely down (at the place where the Type-R sticker is attached). Now my question: are the side skirts glued or screwed? And now to the brakes. Lt. Operating instructions have the front brake pads an acoustic sensor, which indicates that the coverings soon incline towards the end. My CTR now has about 24,000 kilometers down and I Would it be pretty shitty if the high-frequency whistle actually had its origin in it when braking. I would have to have new coverings put on it. Can that be? Or is the noise simply contaminated discs/covers? (streaky salt, cold, dirt etc.) I can’t recognize or confirm from the outside that the brake linings are already finished.
