I watched some videos at youtube, I noticed that he screwed on such pipes on the rear wheel and that there is a widening at the front (also through pipes). In a faller only the wheels and the above mentioned pipes are on the floor and the covering remains intact. Now the question is so what is allowed in public road traffic, if yes, where can you buy such a thing or have to put your own hand?
