Hello people, to a relative of mine tonight something really “doofes” happened. He lives in the plate building district, where the dumpsters (with rolls) stand directly at the house entrance. A couple of meters further is already the Parplatz, in between is just grass and curb. Today after very strong wind has come up, a garbage can has detached itself thereby and has banged against the car from my relative. Damage : Kaputter headlight as well as a very large bump. The car next to it is also busy Is the housing company responsible for the damage or is it simply “pech”?
