Leather steering wheel torn

Hello all, I have a Hyundai i10 yes special model built in 2016. It is a new vehicle that I bought in June 2017. After not even 3 months small cracks have formed in the steering wheel. I then claimed this deficiency with the Hyundai dealer, where I also purchased the car. This rejected the complaint that the damage is not due to a production error, but to improper treatment of the leather steering wheel. the dealer’s workshop said that I probably came to the steering wheel with a sharp object, which caused the following damage image, which is now much bigger. Then the mandatory questions were asked, whether the rings or jewellery are wearing, which is not the case. The steering wheel looks now as if it is 20 years old. Finally, on my objection photos of the damage were taken and sent to Hyundai. Hyundai also made this complaint. My lawyer has not been able to achieve anything in the matter either. Quote: “I would have to file a lawsuit to regulate the defect” The lawsuit is more expensive than the amount of damage, which is why the lawyer advised me to take a lawsuit. According to other Hyundai i10 owners, the defect with the steering wheel is probably more common, since it is a leather mixture that is probably quite sensitive. Some Hyundai dealers probably have auc h more customers with this deficiency, but only admit this under held hand. Now my question. Is there a way to get a new leather to make the steering wheel cost-effectively, i.e. to remove the old leather and raise a new one that does not affect the steering wheel heater? Can I buy an original Hyundai steering wheel cost-effectively again on the internet and then have it installed? I have unfortunately found nothing. Thank you in advance. I am from Hyundai It is advertised everywhere with 5 years warranty and then it is called in small print, not on leather etc.
