I work in a GmbH in the office of the managing director. An employee was flashed with a company car and the GmbH received a hearing sheet. I filled out this – with the consent of the GF: the personal information of the managing director (as holder) and the name, address and Geb. date of the driver and returned. I did not provide information on the matter. Now the employee (an important employee!) is freaking out how to enter his personal data there. agen might, from because of data protection and he has already spoken with the lawyer … would like to sue me.
