I have had a very positive experience this week and I want to share it now: after 3 years I gave a Cupra Ateca back and leased a Cupra Leon ST again for 3 years with the same dealer (a large Seat/Cupra dealership in the Regensburg area). I realize that the dealership is bigger when you rent a vehicle again, but I still felt the handover as if it were a good one. At Ateca there were some scratches on the bonnet (cat slipped off) which definitely went beyond the usual wear, still two copper rims had curb contact and the trunk flap was scratched inside (movement!). All these things I told the dealer in advance by mail (with photos). On site he once went around the car, meant “fits” and the thing was done. No expert or anything, 2 min car, finished. On the Leon then I was ko I was able to do a 30-minute test drive with a Formentor VZ5 (quiet device!). Finally, I was allowed to take the Leon fully fuelled and went home very happy. I hope others could also have positive experiences.
