hello people, have recently had a car accident which I am not responsible for. the insurance of which I was hit said a harm to pay. I allowed a damage report to be made at dekra. now the insurance pays with a fictitious bill only replacement value 7,000 EUR minus the residual value 5,000,00 EUR=2048 euro although the reperature costs are according to reports 4000euro. the insurance requires of me the knowledge of a professional reperatur. my question enough a photo proof as proof of reperature??????????
