Seat Exeo 1.8 TSI – Combustion oscillators

Hello together, I drive a Seat Exeo 1.8 TSI (BJ 11/2010 – 168 Tsd KM) which currently suffers from burn-outs on cylinder 3 in cold engine (defect code: p0303). The burn-outs occur sporadically during acceleration and disappear as soon as the engine is warm. You can evaluate the burn-outs on cylinder 3 with a tester (e.g. VCDS) while driving and if it swings up a corresponding error is written into the error memory (MKL b The following has already been done to fix the problem: – spark plugs and coils have been replaced but errors remain with cylinder 3 – compression has been tested and is fine – injection nozzle cylinder 3 has been replaced – suction bridge has been replaced (but wg. other problem) – endoscopy (no strong coking or similar according to the workshop) – At 96 Tsd Km about 6 years ago also the problematic pistons (wg. oil combustion) and the control chain were exchanged The The workshop still said that the engine control unit might have a Macke. How likely can such a thing be with the problems only on a cylinder and only if the engine is cold? Of course, it could also be that the newly built nozzle does not work cleanly, but that would be rather improbable?! I’m a little perplexed now. Maybe someone also had scho n times a similar problem. Thank you and greeting Marcel
