Hello together, first of all I wish you a Merry Christmas. I have the following question: In my vicinity there is a federal road with three lanes. The middle lane changes from one side to the other from time to time. So that there are two lanes uphill and downhill one. The counter lane/s is/are separated by two perpendicular lines. Normally on such a road according to StVO 100 km/h would be allowed in both directions, whether you have just two lanes or only one. So far so clear. But now it is so, that always at the beginning, when it becomes two-lane, a sign 120 km/h allowed. If it becomes one-lane again, there is no further sign. Last I drove there together with an acquaintance and drove on the single-lane section 120 km/h, because not by sign is limited to 100 km/h. He then meant that on the single-lane section automatically without sign would apply again 100 km/h, I claim that still 120 km/h apply . Who is right now? Thanks for the answers. Greetings, this
