Hello together. I’m a bit hard on myself. And I’m looking for a different car for my girlfriend at the moment. She wants something faster than the current 75hp 206. I just have to say honestly: Since the 150 HP TTR could also come into question I advised her not to! Not that I don’t like my TT, but to the not low maintenance costs always come just 50€ here, 80€ there, and sometimes just 700€ for inspection there. I’ve put my TT for a 3/4 year and already more at workshop costs than in the BMW and the Fiat in 4 years ZUSAMMEN! The design is unique, but doesn’t really justify the constantly broken parts! Yesterday I drove a MR2 with my girlfriend. No flaps, no clapping, nowhere a crackling, great road position and a properly pulling motor (140hp at 1000kg curb weight). The middle engine sounds not bad at all for its 1.8L and annoys Only the rear drive without any electronic helpers are not so the roarer. Can’t be fun, but don’t have to!! Nevertheless: Could I imagine this car for me too… Especially since the engines are very stable and not a lot of technology is installed that can break! Don’t want to hold on to the MR2, but should I find a good roadster soon I could imagine giving up the TT. It’s not that far yet, so don’t hurt me. n I would be close to it it could also happen that I would not bring it over the heart… How about you? Ever had such sinful thoughts? Greeting, Lox
