Tyre defect by screw

This happened to me: my new Evo Cabrio lost gasoline at the end of March, naturally I crawled several times below it, a screw in the tire did not appear in my field of view. After that, the model was spent for over a week in the dealer’s workshop and there, too, I was not reminded of a screw stuck in the rear wheel. Then the car was delivered on its own axle in April and see: fuel peezed as before. But I did not drive a meter with it in between. then was loaded again, the driver of the tow truck pointed out that there was a screw in the rear tire. So it definitely drove the workshop in and not me. I told the workshop that, which repaired something, put a stopper in and asked if I was driving faster than 180 km/h… have asked for reflection time, but now knows, such repairs are only allowed for tyres up to 180 km/h, but my petrol engine manages 200 km/h. What do you do?
