Warranty loss in customer service in no KIA workshop

Hello together! I’ve always been in a “1a” workshop with me around the corner. My KIA dealer with workshop is 30 kilometers away and that’s personal too far for the customer service. My workshop also works with my KIA dealer. I.e. if he doesn’t get along or needs to know something, then he calls there or drives the car himself and checks it. My workshop always fills in the full synthetic oil 5W-40. That was actually always a good idea for me. n Dorn in the eye but now that you mention it*, I’m quiet again 😉 No I really can’t complain.
