Servus to all! I have heard from a confidential point that the VW-T4 AAB engine(5Zyl, Diesel, 57kW) gives up the mind between 180tkm and 200tkm. This rumor has unfortunately proved true with my engine at 186tkm two weeks ago – camshaft broken into 3 parts and event. crankshaft bent. Can someone tell me if there is anything at the rumor? And is there someone who drove his AAB over 200tkm? How did he do that? Does this also affect other T4 engines and what might be the problem? Construction error?
