Hello dear ones! On the occasion I would like to report what it looks like with the Airport Service at the moment. My display showed me that the next inspection is scheduled for approx. 2500 km (60,000 km). Since I will be in Hamburg in mid-August (high Björn) and a vehicle would be needed, I checked with the Customer Care Center indicated in my additional brochure (brochure Stand 12/2003, article no. 241.552.SLP.01). I have been told twice that this service has not been offered since 1.01.07. I expressed my astonishment that it is not possible to unilaterally terminate the contractually guaranteed components of the service package and pointed out that this service is still offered on the Internet. I have once again faxed an expression of this page to the lady of the center and now wait for an answer.
