Dear motor talkers and Audi specialists, I absolutely need your help once. I have been driving an Audi Cabriolet for 10 years, year 12/96 with 150hp/V6 machine. Running power approx. original 97,000 KM. And exactly this transmission caused real problems in the last 1.5 years. The following problem: Whenever the car was not moved for more than 2-3 days, it starts great, but when the automatic transmission is put on -D- the car will only start very slowly after about 30-45 seconds. As I said, it only happens when it is standing longer than the specified time and has not been moved. After that everything is great. You can turn off the car and leave it for 1 day, starting, on -D- and off it drives. Curiously, all this is not the case if you go after a longer standing time on -R. Then the gear is immediately in place. Then still I have made a proposal and have been pulled off into my eyes. With the problem I was in a specialized workshop for automatic transmissions. They have then not got any trouble finding a new problem.
