Moin, I am currently not sure how to proceed. I had an appointment with the dealer at the end of October to switch to the stored winter bikes. It was noticed that there was a nail in one of the tires. I was informed and a new tire was ordered. Since the tire was younger than two years, the BMW tyre insurance should cover 75% of the costs. Now I have been waiting for the tire for which, according to BMW, there is still no delivery date. However, the tire (Goodyear Ultra Grip Performance+. 245/45 R 18 100 H) is easily available at reifen.com. On demand, however, no costs are then covered by the insurance. Now we had the first snowfall and I can’t use my car. Is there anything I can do?
