Hello Together, about the lack of quality of the Berms disks has been written here too. With my CR-V, RD9, Bj 2005, 2,2L Diesel, the disks have also “greased” and were then replaced by HONDA at 40,000 km. Now it is time again at 75,000. Since I knew the “problem” of FORD, I immediately got brake disks from the accessories (TEXTAR). So far so well, now I have found that the disks installed by HONDA as replacement (with 40,000) have 300 mm diameter and all the disks found in the accessory only 282 mm. The brake pads from the accessories have the same dimensions as the originals. The consequence is that the pads from the “smaller” retrofit disc from the accessory trade about 10 mm survive / have no contact to the brake disk. Logically, this does not work at all! I suspect that in the conversion action of HONDA also the brake saddle holder / carrier in relation to the larger disk has been solved by Who knows about My ABE or My ABE?
