Hello all, I have cold start problems at my v70I. These occur regularly when the car has cooled down overnight. They express themselves in the fact that the starter organizes quite a lot of organ work until the engine starts with a big “knall” and large cloud. In itself the engine runs without problems, oil and fuel consumption and power are normal, the battery is also fine. What makes me stubborn is the fact that when I break off the start process without the engine jumping on and then try to start the engine again, it starts within a few moments as if it would be warm. If I drive a few meters the engine, whether it is still cold or already warm, always without problems. Just a month ago I was therefore in the workshop, where a dynamic pump setting was made, as was the diesel filter changed. Until a week ago then everything was in order, now the problem is there again. Has any of you had similar experiences, or has an idea what that might be? Maybe the forum is so comprehensively Bj2000 and the occasion was not found in the first round.
