Hello, coming from the right, a car damaged my exterior mirror when I was on the left. I was standing and I was on the phone. But the engine was running defensively. I’m now being blamed by the police. Does one of you know? I’m of the opinion that telephoneing is only allowed during the ride and not while stopping (even if I’m actively involved in the road traffic)?? How do you see that. Is there any judgment??
