Help! Console damage Golf 5 BJ 2004

Data: Golf V BJ 2004 approx. 85,000km TDI 140PS At the beginning of the year a leak in the cooling system was found in my golf. After that it was examined several times by the VW workshop, without result. It was only during the third round that the water pump had a leak. This was repaired, as well as a new timing belt installed. After that I had the problem again two months. Then it was the cylinder head. Was also changed and paid by me. Kulanz von VW did not reach, because I was once at a free workshop and had the inspection done there. 3 weeks later a measing piece was stuck on the motorway of the turbocharger. I immediately turned off the car and let it go to VW. In total, it is now about 500€ poorer. Now in December I noticed that the car became louder and also checked the oil level. At the measuring point a measing piece was stuck. I immediately dropped the car and let it go to VW; Pleuel bearing damage! And they are not aware of any fault. The spinners even told me that the need not to change the oil. What would be necessary when changing the oil?
