Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ doesn’t get warm.

Hello guys, I have a problem and that’s it. I bought my 95er 5.2 in July and drove it home on the axle. After about 40 kilometers it got too hot. I stopped the hood and it boiled without ending, i.e. it even hurled down the plastic cover from the balance tank. Okay I let cool down in 1 hour… then I poured up so much water again until it fit, drove on and the problem was gone. (always constant 100 degrees) . So I 2 weeks later my valve cover seals made I thought I immediately made a new thermostat in as I thought that the old one has limped or was defective. Everything clear new thermostat inside ( from the accessories for 10 euros ). So from there started the display was only always exactly between the 40 and 100 degrees, there it stopped. What should still be said my fan runs almost always with , makes real noise . Upper large cooler hose no longer fixed ( no pressure ) and the cooler cover can after 30km drive up nothing happened, water is hot but does not squirt nothing…. so great thought the lid is broken (for pressure on and dismantling ) replaced again unchanged. Then I built the original thermostat from Mopar pure… almost unchanged… display rose by 2 millimeters. Then thought to me later mhhh the fan cools the engine so strongly that it can not get warm ? So I built out the visco clutch, . Again unchanged on the federal road, in the city or. It gets hot because it is logical (no more cooling.. Fans are missing)….. sooooo thermostat new, cooler cover new, and the viscofan is not!!!! What to do? Motor has according to measuring device 75 °C
