Moin, I have a Zoe II Intens Z.E. 50 R135 since 1 week and would like to use the function of the charging level indicator in the app. However, I can enter my car via the VIN, but it does not synchronize. So I can neither see the driven km, nor other vehicle-specific data (except the equipment). I did some research and saw that I have to activate the “data exchange” on the vehicle. But that is grayed out and not selectable. Does anyone know advice? Thank you very much.
