Hi I have had a really annoying incident today. On a traffic road near me in the vicinity the road was relatively narrow in a curve and just at that moment with oncoming traffic. I drove about 60-70km/h and because of the narrow space conditions I lead especially far right but still on the road. Now the problem: When driving just along the said road edge there was suddenly a murderous blow on the right front wheel. That hit / hit completely into the interior. The spot/curve (>attachment): There the edge of the road was slightly widened with small paving stones and in two places these look out about 6-7cm sharp (so no bump but a single protruding stone). Sign for the area was only a ‘S-curve’ sign … no ‘road edge not passable’ http://…hrszeichen.kfz-auskunft.de/…/bader_fahrbahnrand.gif or ‘Strassen damage’ http://www.kaufengel.de/…/Strassenschaeden_Nr_1006_34_195385_g.gif was present! Now, however, there are damages to the tyre, the rim center (as it were under the tire), the rim rim inside and the damper and its suspension uncertain. Now my question to you … *Who is liable for possible damage and pays for the check for damage? *To whom and how do I specifically apply? greenings tester800 hp: I had 2.9bar pressure on the tire instead of 2.3bar … is thus possible e ine possibility that the blow really did not go down to the rim. Furthermore there are 2 edges marked but I took only one of them (but no idea which…) and a witness is present as well as place date time was noted.
