Hello guys, I’m new here in the forum and I have a problem. At the end of December I bought a smart 450 cdi, just under 100000 km, and immediately had an oil change at Mr. Wash. It was all sucked off and then filled in with my request only 2.7 l, because I read in various forums that the oil measuring rod should lie at about 1/2 or 3/4. Then I drove out and controlled the oil directly: everything great. But today, after just over 1000 km, I checked the oil again. So first the engine warmed up, engine out, waiting about 5-10 min, oil measuring rod out, oil wipe out again, oil measuring rod back in and then out again and control. I noticed that always some oil on the measuring rod (on the metal, so not the yellow part front). If I shot out the measuring tab, wipe off, stick in it and get out right out of it, maybe the oil level is quite perfect, but over maximum oiled (see pictures). However, I did not have a few seconds left the oil rod in front of it.
