Switch turbocharger precaution?

Hello boys and girls, the Turblader of my Golf IV 1.8T MKB AUM: the loader has now, like the rest of the Fzg., 290 000km on it, runs really super incl. top speed, only lately it does not pull quite uniformly high (speed range approx. 2000 – 3000UpM). But is also not permanent, but rather sporadic. Error memory is empty, Fzg. regularly maintained, so that mistakes from other parts can actually be excluded. Is it all series. How high is the risk that suddenly something falls apart inside and more, than only the loader, breaks down? I just had a murder joke** with the clutch now. Because that didn’t say goodbye, as you know, but it’s broken a lot inside. I kind of didn’t want to have another few such “theather days”. I might have wanted to find a capable workshop that doesn’t wear the name. If you understand what I thank my many thanks already!
