For months I have always had problems with the connection and if I call the diagnosis in the menu without exception always the error message as in the screenshot. Does anyone have an idea what I could do there? I only heard from the dealer that this must be on my mobile phone and will be consoled for months. I have a Samsung S4, so quite a common phone.
