What speed at the cold start?

Yesterday I reported here that the speed fluctuations since the installation of a new idle control valve ́s are gone. But I have the feeling that maybe something is not as yet as it should be. Therefore a question to you: At the cold start speed goes to 2,000, stops there short time, then falls to 1,500 and again after a while it goes down to about 1000 and remains constant. Are these values ok? However, the gas “runs” when switching up and stopping still so about 3- 5 sec. after, i.e. after that only finally drives down to the approx. 1000 revolutions. Could this be a hint of a defective vent valve of the crankshaft housing? Valve I had recently “flooded” with brake cleaner, until running out “broths” was clear. Or is the behavior of my engine completely normal? If NO, could a new learning of the control unit make a difference, since a new electronic part was installed?
