Workshop refuses invoice and part numbers – what to do?

I have a Toyota Yaris (built in 2004) with 76,000 km of mileage. The car had problems with the up-turning, which is why I put it in a workshop. The diagnosis of the workshop was: wheel bearings defective, both had to be replaced. I was called a price of 250 euros per wheel bearing. The repair was carried out, but only at the wheel bearings of the rear axle. I found this questionable, because I am not sure whether the problem actually came from the rear wheel bearings. When I asked the workshop for a detailed invoice and the part numbers of the installed spare parts, I was denied this. At my repeated urge, because I have a right to know what I am paying for, I was simply told to contact their lawyer if I had any further questions. My questions: Do I have a right to receive a full invoice including part numbers? How can I resist this lack of transparency and possibly excessive prices? Has someone had similar experiences or knows how to do so best? I am grateful for every tip or experience, because I do not feel very much about it.
