Hi, we are currently looking for a suitable towing vehicle for our 2.4t (zGg) caravan. Effectively loaded up to about 2.2 t I guess. We are looking in the middle price segment, business leasing. Yesterday I accidentally hit the Tarraco: up to 2.3 t trailer load, look great, inside and outside. Have seen at Vehiculum an offer with leasing factor 0.65 – would be a bargain. As a towing vehicle of course only the 200hp diesel comes into question. Does anyone have experience here with heavy trailers (tandem axle) on Tarraco? Are the 200hp to be able to overtake trucks confidently and also not to become an obstacle on the mountain? I have never had a DSG vehicle – is the critical topic with trailer?
