Hello forum, I had an accident two weeks ago. I drove relatively fast towards a right turn, braked and lost control due to very bad road conditions. I then cross-pointed and am with the left side into the guardrails. The whole left side was demolished as well as by a sign the bonnet and the bumper front. Experts have already looked at the car and estimated about 8000 euros damage. Paperwork was now also done, now I wanted to make an appointment for repair. Today I got a Schrieb from the VVD: —— To the entry obligation we can not take a position yet. For what reason did you lose control of the vehicle? How were the road and weather conditions? At what speed were you on the road? —- Is the standard procedure or do they cross? I’m just really pretty by the wind because of the history.
