Hello, can someone please explain to a layman how I can get the valves and valve springs out of nem c14nz? …And what are the cylindrical parts (with “ball head” standing next to the valve springs? (see picture) Function unknown Thanks for the Enlightenment Jens PS: any special tool is not available
