Gearbox noise after repair V40 1,9D

Hello, after a repair (stripped two-mass swing wheel) I have noises from the drive area. (Before it was the load change noises, which could only be reduced minimally ) These express themselves as follows: in all gears (only under load!) a dull, not very loud, howling/scave is audible. The noise becomes louder with larger gear. In the fifth it is most removable. When I press the clutch, the noise has disappeared. In the sliding mode the whole turns to a somewhat louder howling . Also here, clutch stepped, noise away. The curious is, that after approx. 100Km nothing can be heard. Probably the gear/gear oil then reached a certain temperature. The whole occurred in a very reduced form already before the repair. But here hardly was acceptable. The executive master/mechanic can, how it should be different, not notice anything unusual, and classed it as normal. The gear oil stand (was changed) I have already checked with a spare size.
