MyRenault App Synchronization without function E-Twingo

Hello together, since 15.08.24 the app no longer works, data has been frozen since (charging condition etc.). I removed the vehicle from the app and added it again, but the synchronization simply does not work, since the code is not displayed in the display, then I wrote to Renault Germany and share the following information: Quote:”We are happy to have checked your request. In this connection, we received from our headquarters the information that there are currently disruptions in our online provider, which leads to restrictions for some car manufacturers regarding the online connection of the multimedia and vehicle systems and the circumstance is being investigated there at the moment.
