New C70 delivered by Volvo wrong. And now ???? 🙁

Hello, we were at Volvo today to examine our new C70. It was great joy, because everything seemed perfect. Then a lot of sudden, that the ordered electric passenger seat is a manual one. We are two wheelchair users and have ordered it extra so that everything is perfect and easy to adjust. And now that! On the binding order and the written confirmation is the electric passenger seat with on it. Volvo offered us immediately to order a new car with the missing electric passenger seat. Because a retrofit is not possible. But that would mean then again 3-4 months delivery time and the disabled car conversion should also be renewed. Then the convertible sommer is already largely around again. It is possible for us to do without this electric passenger seat, but with much more effort at getting in. So how would you behave in our case? We have from our point of view the following possibilities: – let car come again and wait several months on it. – Accept the delivered car with the defect and let the resulting damage in money (Summe) let go.
