Hello, I currently have a somewhat “disturbing” problem: At the current temperatures around the 10 degrees my Zoe ZE40 does not only charge very slowly at first, but all the time. Is that normal? SOC was 65%. I am aware that the battery, when it is cold, is slowly charging. I only thought that it can absorb a little more power after at least an hour. But it stays permanently at 4.36 kW and does not go higher. I charge at home on an 11 kW wallbox. A few months ago, where it was still significantly warmer, the charging power went directly to 11 kW (with an SOC of 75%). I wonder what happens at even colder temperatures, if it is only charging so slowly now. Is that actually normal? I am happy about your feedback.
