Welding etc. is not a question for me -> it should be a new one (already ordered). I have already talked to a few colleagues (and it has already been experienced several times) that at Ibiza 6K/Polo 6N (same motors) like to tear off the standing bolts. And I didn’t really like to drill bolts out of the cylinder head My question: Does someone have a tip like to rip off the nuts without the bolts? So what I’ve heard so far was: free threads of rust (wire brush), rust releaser, warm motor drive and then solve nuts, brake fluid always again on’s thread (s supposed to pull in) Would be grateful for every serious tip.
