Warranty / Warranty = a conscious grey zone at HYMER???

Hello together, it is obvious to me that some camper manufacturers want to leave their customers in a unclear + non-binding grey zone with regard to warranty services!?! When I asked HYMER directly about 10 days ago whether, and to what extent I would receive a factory guarantee on a new 2014 motorhome (on MB-sprinter basis), I got the attached answer. On my then done request, to tell me concretely, whether I would be on the basis of the “only” warranty (which could actually only come from the dealer!) already after the 6th month because of the inversion obligation in case of damage, on the kulance behavior of HYMER, I would now wait now, despite second reminder now more 6 days…!!! It also does not correspond to the fact that the chassis manufacturer Mercedes Benz only offers a 24-month warranty… So, how are your experiences with HYMER’s warranty? How do the manufacturers behave after a year of the refrigerator, the heating, the water supply e.c.t will not work more than a 24-month warranty? So what are the reasons for using the Hyxx warranty?
