Almost every car with mobile/ebay auctions etc. should ESP have – purchase-return reason?!

Hi, I used the grey Sunday here in the north to look at car exchanges and auction houses in peace. What I notice extremely well: used car sellers (especially private ones) don’t take it very exactly with the information. Above all ESP there is often Corsa B, 190 Mercedes, Ford Escort or Golf III certified there. But with all these models (and many more) there was never ESP. Neither for money nor for good words. Also almost every 210 MB should it – according to the respective seller – It was reserved for the strong models up to 98 or 99, only with the Mopf 99/2000 it became standard. Currently only 36% of all vehicles in Germany have ESP. As just under two thirds none!!! But now ESP should be an essential characteristic from a legal point of view. So if you provide your Corsa B etc. with ESP in the description, you should provide each buyer with a partial template to withdraw from the purchase. Because: assured property (ESP) is missing! So: who at the end of the Aukti on the famous fun bidder etc. with 30% of the purchase price by lawyer “threats”, who should himself make sure that the information is correct. I noticed just once… A nice Sunday evening wishes Superlolle P.S. If there is a better area for this post, gladly postpone!!!
