I ordered two motorcycle tyres R19 and R17 3 months ago. They are delivered in about 10 days from GLS. Unfortunately, both tyres with old production date were R17 with DOT 4617 and R19 with DOT 0718. As the only way to make a complaint was ONLY by email – so genant “ticket” to create. After waiting for 10 days I get first message by email that at least one tire R17 with DOT 4617 is picked up. Since I have the In the meantime, I immediately ordered tyres from another supplier and got them very quickly. 10 days later, however, GLS postman arrives with a wrong pick-up ticket, which was determined for the other R19 tyres with DOT 0718. I have always written to tyre leader via email and demands for a proper pick-up ticket to pick up my R17 tyres with DOT 4617. In the time already 4 times the postman arrived, but always with the other Abho On the 5th visit, I decided to return my unused tires R17 DOT4617, although it was different to the ticket name. At the time 4.22.2021 – (three months after ordering ) I am still waiting for a refund. I am totally exhausted and dissatisfied from the shop. Of course I never order again at the tire leader.de. For me an EFFECTIVE DISCUSSION !
