The next day I prepared an expert report, this went to the lawyer, who contacted the opposing insurance. ereits a counter-opinion which is very similar to mine. However, the payment is not delayed since the causer does not report and reacts to no letter of the insurance. Now the police file is available, in which it says: “01 for on the right lane next to 02. 01 changed the lane to the left and overlooked the 02. On both vehicles a property damage occurred.” “The person concerned was informed of the alleged irregularity. ..” at the end still “The affected does not admit the irregularity” A fine for the irregularity of 35€ was also caused against the polluter. My question is now, what are the chances that the matter will end without difficulty? Does it have a strong effect that in the one paragraph there is: “The affected does not admit the irregularity” ?
