Hello all, I’m looking for advice on a current damage regulation of a liability damage. Damage: I have damaged a tire due to certain circumstances on my employer’s premises. (tire total damage) Debt question clarified – employer reports it to his liability insurance – Now the situation is the following. The damaged tire (WInter tire) was used 14 months old (one season) – nevertheless somewhat abfaren. endienst advises/requires the change of both tires there otherwise – imbalance problems and these things. Damage costs amount to 327 EURO two new tires assembly disposal insurance paid but only one tire – because only one tire was damaged.! What is right now? Without the damage incident I would have driven the tires another about 3 yrs (3 times winter season). Now I had to take apart from the costs of the damaged tire for eden second tires on me – WHY? The repair was not possible and an exchange of both tires required ! Does not have to take over both tires (so the damage regulation ) to 100% . Thanks for a advice . Rafael
