Drunk with running engine on foot

Hello dear forum community, unfortunately I couldn’t find another forum in which my topic would have fit better: last weekend the following happened to me: after a disco visit I sat in my car again at 4:00 in front of my front door to still smoke one or the other cigarette and to listen to a little music. Since it was already quite cold and the battery would not have lasted long through the music, I switched on the engine (without using it) I had to park the car at about half past nine on the foot, because no other parking space was left and I was still standing there. Unfortunately, I had to fall asleep in the car. This led to a local resident alerting the police after about 1 hour, which then woke me up and took me to the station. Result of the alcohol test (which can be used in front of the judge): just under 2 promilles. I was able to contact the police officer. This was the reason why the gentlemen also discussed the report and gave me the driver’s license for the time being. In addition, the car was in a parking situation in which I could have brought the car in the last 3 hours only very hard, since it had been quite parked in the meantime. In an alcoholized condition it would have been almost impossible. And as already mentioned: I have come to the police. The question is whether I can lose my driver’s license even if only the car was running without me driving? And as I said, the car was not on the road, but on a footpath or smaller place. What could I get to do? I am still in probation at the age of 18 years, but I have not yet had any debt… One of the police officers me I’d like to know what I have to expect. Thank you for your answers! Greetings, but I’m not sure that anything else will happen after his experiences, but you could never be there. My driver’s license means an incredible amount to me and I’d like to know what to expect. Thank you for your answers!
