Hi! I drive a 88 GMC Sierra, i.e. a C1500. The exhaust system is currently 2.5 inch. The exhaust system is an original cat and a Borla rear silencer. The tailpipe goes out over the hinerax and then sideways behind’m tire. My concern: You hear too little V8 So the Borla rear silencer apparently swallows a lot of sound. So it should be gone. It is important that I can drive with what I underbuild also well longer highway routes without getting deaf. But it is supposed to be scho In the stand you don’t hear anything at the moment and otherwise it doesn’t sound so bubbling. 1. Does it bring something in the course of the conversion to 3 inches? So I don’t think in terms of performance, but tonal? 2. It should be a system, which from the rear silencer then becomes double floody with two tailpipes straight out, which rear silencer / already finished kit should/can I take? 3. What do you think of Flowmaster 40s or Super 44 (or so similar) rear silencers? They have been recommended to me. 4. Where would you order what you recommend to me? So let’s hear thank you & greeting, Luke.
