Hello dear community, I’ve been a very happy owner of a driver’s license for a short time! And now I’m about to buy a car. 7,500 euros I want to spend, should it be an absolute dream car also 8,000. The car should not be older than 10 years and should not have run 100,000+ kilometers. I mainly drive long distances, but often also into the city. So I would need a combination of city-friendly size and autobahnable engine, preferably also of the maintenance costs h A daily driver. Appearance is rather secondary, but it should already endure 1.80m people. There is no too big market for cars with these attributes, so at the moment I am most likely stuck to C-classes (e.g. C180 compressor). But since I am not really convinced I finally come to the point: What would fit? What is reliable? City and motorway capable?
