hello people, I am in the situation that an arosa 1.0 year 10/99 my father gets. so daddy lives but in italy where’s never under -10 grade. now I remember to have heard that the 1.0 engines can freeze and the thing in d from vw/seat to kulanz has been clarified with some conversion set. can I have this also changed to kulanz here in D? or did I have a pech because the deadline has expired and/or the car has been registered in Italy so far? explains this motor problem to me at all? because I don’t want to take over the box and then have a motor damage on the cheek because of unsuspecting… many thanks to you in advance… Bildeve
