Hello dear experts, I hope you can give me a good advice on the following problem: We drive a bus, which we always park in the yard. Last time there were acquaintances of my brother with their children. We were not present at this time. A day later we discovered new scratches on the passenger side. We then found out that the children played catch or hide and seek or something around the car. So they have the scratches with their jackets (mistakes) Luss, buttons, etc.) or sticks scratched into the paint. We reported this, had a cost estimate made (which was quite high since 2 doors have to be made complete) and filled out several forms. The vehicle had already 2 bumps on the doors before, but we indicated that and made it clear on photos. Result after 2 months: Nothing is paid, since the car has already damage and the scratches are not in one line and in different height. “Waddling” children running with sticks now and when 5 children are running around the car this logically is not on one line. For the coronation we should pay as damaged now also 50 € expense compensation, because the insurance has shown an expert the pictures. A call today brought nothing at all and if an expert report is to be made, we should pay 400 €. I am completely perplexed. Is that possible that one as damaged so is cut into the pan?
