I’m just collecting information about the following facts: I got into the car in the parking lot jemdand, police was there, I’m not to blame (so it’s second place) so everything paletti so far. I’ve already received a questionnaire from the opposing insurance company with more or less meaningless questions – but I haven’t answered for the time being. My question: W he I get the TOTAL costs refunded, so I mean not only the damage… since I was told elsewhere that the appraiser numbers and the insurance pays me this after the report. I mean, there is still a bit more?! Usage and all that?!!! So to me this happens for the first time and I don’t want to “dish” myself there, but everything I can get I also told Nen friend about som club, they call me “Verkehrsverfallhilfe Brandenburg”…he himself does not have any experiences but from him again the acquaintance has had to deal with them already and they probably have taken care of everything for him – was probably also satisfied…but you know how that always is: the acquaintance of the acquaintance has told… yes… So someone has experiences of you (with or without this traffic accident help) …?? thank you Many greetings Stefan
