Insurance for legal expenses and legal expenses with the same company

To the experts, I have now for 30 years all my insurances with the same company, we call them A. That is, both my car insurance as well as my legal protection insurance I have taken out at A. And I am quite satisfied! What happens now if I have a problem with my insurance A. Will the same insurance A in the legal protection area then give me a cover commitment to take action against insurance A – so yourself? Z I have a complete damage and I do not agree to the settlement. Can I then proceed against my own insurance A using my legal protection insurance A? I have a controversial accident with an unexplained question of guilt. But the opponent is also insured with A by accident. Can I use my legal protection insurance A to clarify the matter with A? So the question is, can I do that. And above all, the insurance company makes use of it? The question is real, the examples – still – fictitious. So I can’t provide any facts. It would still be interesting to know if I might be better off taking out my legal protection insurance with another company. Thank you Johan
