Is Article 13 a threat to motor talk?

Hello MT-Team, Hello Community. Up to now it looked as if Motor-Talk is spared from the article 13 censorship due to its size. (Article 13 is a project of the EU to hold online platforms responsible for the content of their pages in the future, i.e. for copyright violations by user uploads no longer only to make the user liable, but also the platform. In addition, the EU calls for an uplaod filter to prevent copyright violations in this way, which in the planned However, smaller platforms should not be affected.) Now Germany has unfortunately closed down before France and has now agreed to the following framework conditions, which, however, severely restricts the exception for small platforms: maximum 10,000,000€ turnover/year (no idea if MT comes there, rather not) maximum 5,000,000 registered(?) users (D is MT still under) But now it comes: maximum age of the platform: 3 years. So that the MT does not exist from A rtikel 13 excepted and would probably not be able to continue to exist as a community-based network in this form according to the present state. I wanted to address the topic once, since there are surprisingly few who seriously think about it.
